1-Year Warranty

Every Oralumi brush is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day it arrives. If something fails that shouldn’t have, we replace it. No proof-of-purchase hunting, no arguing — your order number is enough.

What’s covered

The motor and sonic drive. If it stops running, loses power or starts making a sound it didn’t make on day one.
The LED array. If the red, infrared or blue light stops working, dims noticeably or fails to come on during a cycle.
The battery. If it stops holding a meaningful charge under normal twice-daily use.
The charging base and cable. If either fails to charge the brush.
Water ingress under normal use. The brush is IPX7. If water gets in while you’re brushing, rinsing or showering with it, that’s on us.

What’s not covered

Brush heads. They’re consumables, like razor blades. They wear out roughly every six weeks and that isn’t a defect.
Drops, crushing and accidents. A cracked housing from a fall onto tile isn’t a manufacturing fault.
Cosmetic wear. Scratches, scuffs and fading on the handle over a year of daily use.
Opened or modified units. If the brush has been taken apart or repaired by anyone other than us, the warranty ends there. It’s sealed for the waterproofing.
Units not bought from us. Warranty applies to brushes purchased on oralumihealth.com. We can’t vouch for what a third-party seller shipped you.
Loss or theft. Sorry.

How to make a claim

01

Email us

Send a note to support@oralumihealth.com with your order number and a short description of what’s going wrong. A photo or a few seconds of video helps and usually saves a round of questions.

02

We answer within one business day

Sometimes it’s something we can fix from here — a charging base seated wrong, a mode setting. If it isn’t, we move straight to a replacement.

03

We send a replacement

You get the same model, shipped free. We’ll tell you whether the faulty unit needs to come back; if it does, we cover the return shipping. If that model is no longer available, you get the closest equivalent or a refund — your choice.

This is not the same as the 60-day guarantee

Two different things, and people mix them up. The 60-day money-back guarantee is about whether the brush is right for you — if you don’t like it, send it back within sixty days for a full refund, no reason needed. The one-year warranty is about whether the brush works — it covers defects for twelve months, and it doesn’t require you to return anything for a refund.

You can use both. The guarantee runs out after sixty days; the warranty keeps going for the rest of the year.

Coverage period. Twelve months from the delivery date of your order, as shown in your tracking. A replacement unit is covered for the remainder of the original period, not a fresh twelve months.

Transferability. This warranty covers the original purchaser and isn’t transferable if the brush is resold.

Limits. Replacement of the unit is the remedy this warranty provides. It doesn’t cover indirect or consequential losses.

Your statutory rights. This warranty is in addition to the rights you already have under applicable consumer law, and nothing here limits them. Some jurisdictions don’t allow limits on implied warranties or on incidental and consequential damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or country.
